The terms below cover booking, rates and conduct for Lucca Transportation ground transportation services.
What Applies to Every Booking
Booking and Confirmation
Every booking is confirmed before travel. You receive an email confirmation with your driver’s name, the vehicle assigned and your full trip details. Your driver arrives at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Rates, Gratuity and Fees
Rates are quoted as a flat rate and confirmed before your trip begins. There is no meter and no surge pricing. A 20% gratuity is included in all reservations, so no cash is required at the end of the trip.
Any fees that apply to a specific trip are disclosed at the time of booking, before you pay.
Minimum Booking Times
Hourly and as-directed bookings have a three-hour minimum. Wedding bookings have a two-hour minimum, although multi-leg wedding packages are quoted as a single booking.
Passenger Conduct
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on all student bookings and is enforced by the driver, not stated as policy alone.
